E.C.O. is committed to providing customers with a high quality product and excellent service, a commitment that is only sustained by the integrity of our relationship with patients and their trust in us. To this end, we assure our patients that ensuring the confidentiality of their information is a priority.

We do not deal with the donation of any body parts or bodily substances. The term “personal information” in this policy includes personal health information.

While we strive to maintain accurate personal information records with internal safeguards for recordkeeping, you can assist us in this endeavour by providing us with any changes to your personal information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is collected for the purposes of registering patients and providing them with our products in compliance with the Cannabis Act and Cannabis Regulations. The personal information will not be collected, used or disclosed for any other purpose without consent or as required by lawful authority including the regulator, Health Canada. Consent to personal information collection, and use or disclosure of personal information can be withdrawn at any time.  Should that occur, E.C.O. may then be unable to provide its products and services to the patient.  Full website access may also be barred.  We reserve the right to amend this policy as needed.

Personal information may only be accessed or disclosed by authorized personnel where disclosure is necessary to provide services to the patient, or to comply with reporting and other requirements under the Cannabis Regulations.
