Randy Flemming is well-known and respected within the cannabis subculture of North America. He brings thirty years of experience in cultivating cannabis to E.C.O. Randy began his career as a recreational cannabis researcher. Affectionately known as “The Pot Whisperer" Randy contends that humility is the most important ingredient in cannabis cultivation.
Randy’s pioneering career in the cannabis industry includes having been Master Grower at Organigram and Director of Cultivation with the American Cannabis Company. Randy has innovated many techniques over the years that help dramatically increase yields while continuing to enhance the cannabinoid and terpene profiles of the end product.
